Allen Brook Comprehensive Dental - Carmen M Alcala DMD is dedicated to the area of  your family dental needs. Our offices sees small children for inital visits to the dentist. Our popular" Happy Visits" assure your child will be gradually experiencing all the  dental steps needed to promote good oral hygiene practices.

 

Preventetive dental care can reduce the cost of future dental work and even better eliminate the need of restorative work. The office provides parents with guidelines to follow that work in preventing tooth decay and orthodontic problems.

 

Middle school children with mixed dentition are examined and evaluated for orthodontic needs. We maintain strong communication with your orthodontist office.

Teens are also welcome in our practice and they are instructed in tooth decay prevention practices. 

Adults are seen routinely and are instructed in prevention and management of their periodontal condition aside from their periodontal needs.  The risk of periodontal disease is increased as we age and it can start as early as in your teen years.

Basic periodontal assesment and active treatment is offered and closely followed up with established 4 month recall visits.

Restorative dentistry is also routinely preform to treat decay on deciduos and permanent

teeth within all age groups.

Our dental hygienist has many years of experince and is ready to offer a high quality recall appointment experince.

In order to preserve the environment we use products that are not toxic to you and ask if at al possible to utilize or email to communicate with our office effectively. Our business houra are as follows: Mondays: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm,Tuesdays: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm,Wednesdays we are closed, Thursdays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Appointments after 3:00 pm or during the evenings can be coordinated ahead of time.

Insurance and your dental care.
We accept most dental insurance carriers. If you wish to find out if we accept your insurance just email your insurance card with your name and dob and we can verify if we participate with the plan you have. Most plans that we participate with are listed here but  we are in network with GEHA Federal Connection, Northeast Delta, MetLife, all Delta Dental PPO and CBA Blue, Cigna healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shiled ,Federal Employees, Retirees, Military and  Vermont State employees and the Green Mountain Vermont State Program.
